If your order arrives damaged or defective, please e-mail a return request to AfriMod Customer Care.
Send copies of receipts, shipping documents, plus photos clearly showing damaged item. We will contact you to make arrangements for an exchange, replacement or refund of purchase price.
Please note that we do not pay for return shipping and that your original shipping costs will not be refunded; only the price of the items will be refunded to your issuing credit card. If the item indicated free shipping or shipping included, you will receive a refund for the price you paid for the item minus the actual shipping costs.
Our custom-made products ship from multiple locations in the USA, Canada and Europe. Shipments are delivered through USPS, Canada Post or other postal or courier services. Items that are custom made for you cannot be returned. (We cannot restock or re-sell these items). However, if you receive flawed or damaged orders, we are always willing to remake and replace them.
All handmade products ship directly from our distribution center in Africa (1 Ganges Close, Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria). Damaged purchases are refundable if AfriMod is notified within five (5) days of its delivery date. Items must be returned to their point or origin (our Distribution Center in Abuja, Nigeria).
We recommend that all items be sent insured and with tracking (as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products).
Once the item has been received in good condition, the purchase price (excluding packing and shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 business days. Refunds will be in the same payment method as used for original purchase.
Please note that some items may be one-of-a-kind and as such not replaceable.
