AfriMod Return Policy is simple: Keep what you love … Send back what you don’t.
We accept returns on any purchase that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or isn’t what you expected.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please e-mail a return request to AfriMod Customer Care. Send copies of receipts, shipping documents, plus photos clearly showing damaged item. We will contact you to make arrangements for an exchange, replacement or refund of purchase price.
Please note that we do not pay for return shipping and that your original shipping costs will not be refunded; only the price of the items will be refunded to your issuing credit card. If the item indicated free shipping or shipping included, then you will be refunded the price you paid for the item minus the actual shipping costs.
Damaged purchases are fully refundable if AfriMod is notified within five (5) business days of its delivery date. The purchase price (excluding packing and shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days. Refund will be in the same payment method as used for original purchase.
Please keep in mind that AfriMod is a marketplace of small independent shops. Some owners live in remote regions with little or no access to the Internet. If there is a problem with an order, please contact AfriMod only. Note: Some items are one-of-a-kind and not replaceable.
