AfriMod Return Policy is simple: Keep what you love … Send back what you don’t.
We accept returns on any purchase that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please e-mail a return request to AfriMod Customer Care. Send copies of receipts, shipping documents, plus photos clearly showing damaged item. We will contact you to make arrangements for an exchange, replacement or refund of purchase price.
Please note that we do not pay for return shipping and that your original shipping costs will not be refunded; only the price of the items will be refunded to your issuing credit card. If the item indicated free shipping or shipping included, then you will be refunded the price you paid for the item minus the actual shipping costs.
Damaged purchases are fully refundable if AfriMod is notified within five (5) business days of its delivery date. The purchase price (excluding packing and shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days. Refund will be in the same payment method as used for original purchase. Please note that some items may be one-of-a-kind and as such not replaceable.
Partial.ly Monthly Payments
Please note that if you setup a Partial.ly payment plan, your down payment is non-refundable after 14 days. Subsequent payments are refundable upon cancellation of the payment plan. Please contact us for refund.
